Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. You'll need your order number or confirmation email.
How to start a return
Email shop@nohandouts.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 2 business days with instructions and a return address. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back, so we can match the return to your order.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, we pay and send you a prepaid label.
Refunds
We inspect the item when it arrives and email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. For a different size or color, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
What we cannot accept
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without their original tags
- Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Email shop@nohandouts.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
